ABOUT US
Falmouth Harbour Commissioners is a statutory port undertaking created by an act of parliament in 1870. It operates as a trust port and has a board of eight Commissioners who act as trustees. The composition of the Board is set out in the Falmouth Harbour Revision Order 2004. The Board manage the organisation in accordance with the guidance issued by the Department of Transport (updated 2009), insuring that the port remains commercially viable whilst providing benefits to stakeholders.
